These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vision Capture's website, applications, and services. By using Vision Capture, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of AppVault after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2 User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- One account per person is permitted unless expressly authorized.
3 Purchases & Payments
All prices are displayed in MAD and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise. By making a purchase you authorize AppVault to charge your selected payment method.
All transactions are final unless covered by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing at any time; existing purchases are not affected.
4 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on AppVault are owned by AppVault or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.
5 Limitation of Liability
AppVault is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppVault disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
6 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
1 Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment info) and data generated by your use of our service (device info, usage logs, preferences).
- Account information: name, email, password (hashed).
- Transaction data: purchase history, license keys.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, OS.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration.
2 How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve our services, process payments, send transactional emails, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3 Data Sharing

1 Eligibility
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided that the software license has not been activated on more than one device and the request is made in good faith.
2 Non-Refundable Items
- Purchases older than 14 days.
- Licenses activated on multiple devices.
- Bulk or enterprise license purchases.
- Products purchased during promotional or discounted sales.
3 How to Request
Contact us via the contact page with your order number and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
1 Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription from your account dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
2 One-Time Purchases
One-time license purchases cannot be cancelled after the license has been activated. If the license has not been activated, you may request a cancellation within 14 days (see Refund Policy).
3 Account Deletion
You may request full account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, and all associated licenses will be revoked.
1 Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software.
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing license keys.
- Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform.
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Using the platform for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes.
2 Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, license revocation, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to investigate and act on suspected violations at our discretion.
3 Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any AUP violations, please report them to our security team. We take all reports seriously and act promptly.

3 Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AppVault may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
1 License Grant
Upon purchase, AppVault grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices specified by your plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime).
2 Plan Types
- Monthly: Access renews monthly. Cancellation ends access at period end.
- Yearly: Access renews annually at a discounted rate.
- Lifetime: One-time payment for perpetual access to the purchased version.
3 License Restrictions
- Licenses are personal and non-transferable.
- You may not sublicense, sell, or lease your license.
- Activating a license on more devices than permitted is a violation.
- License keys must be kept confidential and not shared publicly.
4 License Revocation
AppVault reserves the right to revoke a license if there is evidence of misuse, sharing, or violation of these Licensing Terms. No refund will be issued in cases of revocation due to policy violations.
